Partner Terms

1. Common requirements

These Partner Terms supplement the Terms of Service. You must be at least 18, protect your WickSync account with a linked wallet or recovery key, complete the required payout onboarding, provide accurate tax and identity information, and comply with applicable marketing, financial-services and consumer laws.

The payout provider determines payout availability and may require additional verification. You are responsible for taxes and charges associated with your payout account.

2. Affiliate program

• A referral link becomes available only after payout setup and account protection are complete. Attribution is not retroactive.
• The current standard commission is 20% of each successfully paid WickSync PRO invoice attributed to the affiliate, calculated after applicable taxes have been excluded. Free periods and unpaid, reversed, refunded, disputed, fraudulent or chargeback amounts do not earn a final commission and may be offset against future amounts where lawful.
• Attribution is recorded when a valid referral code is accepted for a new account and may be rejected for self-referrals, duplicate identities, fraud or manipulation.
• Do not send spam, make earnings or investment guarantees, conceal the commercial relationship, impersonate WickSync, use misleading domains or advertisements, or bid on protected brand terms without written permission.
• Clearly disclose that you may receive compensation when promoting WickSync.

3. Verified Trader program

• You need an active PRO account, a supported connected exchange selected as the signal source, and a payout-ready payment account with the required tax settings completed.
• A follow currently costs the follower USD 9.90 once for 30 days, including any applicable transaction tax calculated at checkout. It does not renew automatically.
• The trader's revenue share is 80% and WickSync's platform fee is 20% of the follow payment after applicable taxes have been excluded. Payment-processing fees, refunds, disputes and other amounts may reduce the trader's final payout. The payment-provider balance and final payout record control the amount actually payable.
• You authorise WickSync to detect supported spot fills, generate alerts, calculate performance, and publish your trader name, selected profile fields and aggregate statistics. Balances, holdings, exchange credentials and exact trade amounts are not published as part of the trader signal.
• “Verified” describes completion of the platform's current setup. It is not a professional licence, endorsement or promise of quality.
• You must not manipulate statistics, trade solely to generate misleading signals, coordinate false activity, promise returns, provide unlawful personalised advice, or hide material conflicts.

4. Availability, delisting and wind-down

You may opt out. If active paid followers remain, your public listing can be removed immediately while existing followers continue to receive eligible signals until their paid periods expire. WickSync may suspend new referrals or follows, withhold disputed amounts, or remove a partner for fraud, legal risk, payment-provider restrictions or material breach. Mandatory rights and already accrued undisputed amounts remain unaffected.

5. Independent responsibility

Partner participation does not create employment, agency, partnership or authority to bind Pioneerit Group Ky. You control your own content and trading decisions and are responsible for required disclosures, registrations, taxes and permissions. Contact us before using a custom brand or social identity as a verified trader name.

6. Changes and contact

Program rates and rules may change prospectively with reasonable notice. Material changes do not retroactively remove undisputed earned amounts. Questions: support@wicksync.io.
