Trading & AI Risk Disclosure
Cryptoassets are highly volatile. WickSync provides software, data presentation and educational context—not a guarantee, personalised recommendation or promise of profit.
Effective and last updated: 10 September 2026You can lose all funds committed to trading
Cryptoasset prices may move rapidly, liquidity may disappear, leverage can magnify losses, and exchange or network failures can prevent execution. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.
1. No investment advice or fiduciary relationship
Scores, rankings, alerts, AI responses, Academy material and trader activity are general information. They do not consider your finances, objectives, knowledge, tax position or risk tolerance. Using WickSync does not create an adviser, broker, portfolio-manager or fiduciary relationship.
2. Copy Trading is user controlled
A followed trader's detected spot fill can produce an alert. Detection and delivery may be delayed, duplicated, incomplete or unavailable. The follower decides whether, when and how much to trade. A copied order may receive a different price, fail, or create a materially different portfolio outcome. Past performance and leaderboard position do not predict future results.
3. Data and model limitations
- Exchange, social, market and price feeds can be delayed, sampled, revised or wrong.
- Market Pressure and other scores combine selected inputs under documented product logic; they are not probabilities.
- Liquidity and liquidation zones may be modeled from price, volume, open-interest and leverage assumptions rather than a complete record of actual liquidation orders.
- Fear & Greed and social sentiment describe broad context and can diverge from price.
- AI may hallucinate, omit context, misinterpret data or produce inconsistent answers. Verify important information independently.
4. Exchange and credential risk
WickSync does not custody cryptoassets. Your exchange executes orders and controls balances. Use separate, narrowly scoped API keys, disable withdrawals, and enable trade permission only if you want user-confirmed one-click copying. Revoking or restricting a key can stop portfolio updates, signal detection or order execution.
5. Third parties, regulation and taxes
Exchange availability and the legality of cryptoasset activity vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for using permitted services and meeting tax, reporting and regulatory duties. Payment providers, exchanges, blockchain networks and data providers can suspend or change services independently of WickSync.
6. Verify before acting
Check the source, timestamp, liquidity, spread, order details, network, token contract and your maximum acceptable loss. Never treat one indicator, creator, trader, social-media post or AI answer as sufficient evidence for a trade.
