Cancellation & Refunds
How to stop renewal, exercise a statutory withdrawal right, or report a payment or service problem.
Effective 10 September 2026Cancel a PRO subscription
Open Settings → Manage Subscription in WickSync to access the secure billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access normally remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
A seven-day trial converts to the selected paid plan unless it is cancelled before the trial ends. The checkout page displays the plan, billing interval, total charge and renewal terms before confirmation.
Trader follows
A paid trader follow is a one-time purchase of 30 days of signals from one trader. It does not renew automatically, so no cancellation is needed to prevent another charge.
Statutory withdrawal and defective service
Consumers may have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right under applicable consumer law. The exact effect of requesting immediate delivery of a digital service depends on the service and applicable mandatory rules. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If the service is defective, unavailable, materially different from what was promised, or a payment is incorrect, contact us promptly. Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment method. Promotional access and coupons have no cash value.
Submit a withdrawal notice
This form records your notice immediately. Submitting it does not itself determine whether a refund is due; we assess the request under the contract and mandatory consumer law. Never enter a seed phrase, recovery key, exchange API key or password.
