Terms of Service

1. Using WickSync

These Terms apply to your use of WickSync. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Separate Partner Terms apply if you use the Affiliate or Verified Trader programs.

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for devices, linked wallets, recovery keys and exchange credentials used with your account. Never provide us with a wallet seed phrase or private key.
• An anonymous device account may be lost if it has no linked wallet or recovery key. Account linking and consolidation require proof of the relevant login methods.
• You must provide accurate information to payment and payout providers and keep it current.
• You may not misuse trials, bypass security controls, scrape the service, interfere with other users, impersonate a trader, or use WickSync unlawfully.

2. Service

WickSync provides portfolio views, market-data tools, educational content, alerts, AI-generated analysis, and user-controlled Copy Trading features. Availability, supported exchanges, data providers and individual features may change. Material changes affecting a paid digital service will be handled in accordance with mandatory consumer law.

WickSync does not hold customer cryptoassets or wallet private keys. Exchange access is read-only by default. A user may separately enable trading permission for user-confirmed copy orders. Withdrawal access is not required or supported.

3. PRO subscription and trial

• The available plan, total price, taxes, billing period and renewal terms are shown before checkout confirmation. The current app offers monthly and annual PRO plans processed by an external payment provider.
• If eligible, the seven-day trial starts when checkout is completed. A payment method is collected and the selected paid plan starts automatically after the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Only one trial is available per eligible customer. WickSync may use account, payment-method and device-related identifiers to prevent repeated trial use.
• Subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. You can stop future renewal through Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
• Deleting or losing an account, wallet, browser storage or recovery key does not by itself cancel a subscription.

4. Paid trader follows

A trader follow is a separate one-time payment for 30 days of reviewable spot-trade alerts from one Verified Trader. It does not renew automatically; the user must purchase another period to continue. The current listed price is USD 9.90 per trader per 30-day period and includes any applicable transaction tax calculated at checkout.

“Verified Trader” identifies an account that has completed WickSync's current account, exchange and payout setup. It is not a certification of competence, honesty, financial condition, licensing or future performance. Signals may be delayed or missing and do not place a trade automatically without the follower's confirmation.

5. Consumer cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Your statutory rights depend on the contract and your location. Instructions, the online withdrawal function and refund information are available on the Cancellation & Refunds page. Cancelling renewal is different from exercising a statutory right of withdrawal or reporting a defective digital service.

6. Market data, AI and third parties

Market, exchange, social and AI data can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete or inaccurate. Scores and AI responses are estimates, not promises or professional advice. Payment, exchange, market-data, AI, notification, social-media and embedded-media services are governed by their own terms and may be unavailable independently of WickSync.

You remain responsible for reviewing every transaction, exchange permission and tax consequence. Read the Risk Disclosure before using trading-related features.

7. Intellectual property and user input

WickSync software, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service under these Terms. You retain rights in content you submit but grant us the rights necessary to host, process and display it for the requested service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to law, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, or address payment failure. We will consider proportionality and mandatory consumer rights. You may stop using the service at any time, but must separately cancel recurring billing.

9. Liability

WickSync is provided with the level of skill and care required by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, profit, signal delivery, or the accuracy of third-party or AI data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, trading loss caused by a user's independent decision, or failure of a third-party exchange or provider. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer remedies.

10. Disputes

Mandatory consumer protections and rules on competent courts in the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. First contact us using the service-provider details below. If a matter remains unresolved, consumers may use an applicable consumer advice or alternative dispute-resolution body. The Consumer Advisory Services and Consumer Disputes Board are available for matters within their competence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms for legal, security or service reasons. The effective date is shown above. If a material change adversely affects an ongoing paid digital service, we will provide notice and any rights required by law.
